Dance is an enjoyable, physical, artistic and creative activity, which plays an important role in development and learning whilst improving fitness, musicality, posture and confidence. Dance helps to develop core body strength, self discipline and musical artistry amongst other vital skills within an encouraging atmosphere and in an enjoyable way.
